Leadership
Stan Ahlerich, Talent Jump Drive CEO, comes from a farming background and graduated Kansas State University with a degree in Agriculture Economics.
A laureate of Leadership Kansas, Stan has served in leadership positions for multiple organizations and boards from state and local government, banking and community organizations to serving as president of Kansas, Inc. for 12 years.

“A numbers guy” as he describes himself, Stan worked with Kansas Board of Regents and Kansas Department of Commerce doing research supporting workforce initiatives including Workforce Aligned and Workforce AID. He has developed a deep understanding of the modern workplace environment and its growing demand for a skilled and motivated workforce.
Frank Henderson, Jr., Talent Jump Drive President, has been a passionate advocate for excellence in education for over two decades, serving as a school board member and an education leader at the local, state and national level.
As a life-long Kansan, Frank is committed to growth and economic development for Kansas businesses as well as for Kansas high school graduates to remain in this state and flourish as they raise their families.
Determined to create a wide path for all students to succeed and reach their potential, Henderson began school board service with the intent to make a difference and provide opportunities for success. He recognizes the power of students being exposed to career opportunities and building upon their interests and aptitude in preparing for life after high school.

Frank has been instrumental in the establishment of initiatives to increase collaboration between high school students and industry. These include College and Career Advocates, Career Pathways, Internships, and Project Lead the Way Gateway and high school courses to expose and engage students in specific career pathways.
Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Washburn University and a Master’s Degree in Education from Kansas State University and has served as a Commissioner on the Education Commission of the States.
